MagiKey is a transformative solution that streamlines the access process for residential and commercial properties, allowing users to replace traditional keys and time-consuming access registrations with a swift and secure method via their smartphones. The system requires the installation of an electronic lock alongside the MagiKey device at the point of entry.

With MagiKey, users can unlock doors and gates that are compatible with the system, whether they own them or have been granted access by others. The MagiKey app provides functionalities such as remote unlocking (subject to permissions), granting entry to individuals in locations where the user has ownership or permanent user rights, and local unlocking via Bluetooth and NFC technology.

The application requests several permissions, including Bluetooth, NFC, and Wi-Fi, to enable:

• Unlocking doors using the NFC capability of the mobile phone by simply tapping it against the MagiKey reader;
